You can purchase your trunk (or trunks) online right now using a credit card! We use PayPal to process all of our online orders. PayPal is the world's leading secure online transaction company . . . and you do not have to be a PayPal member to place an online order.
Browser Settings for PayPal: You must enable cookies on your Web browser for the PayPal shopping cart to work properly. You can usually do this by changing your settings under your browser's Tools, Options, or Preferences menu. Also, some older browsers may require you to close the PayPal window to return to Connie's Trunks (rather than simply clicking the
"Continue Shopping" button).
Paying By Check or Money Order
If you prefer to pay us by check or money order, simply print our printer-friendly order form or download and print a PDF version, fill it out completely, and send it along with your check/money order to us. Once the payment clears, we will ship your trunk. If you decide to buy a trunk and pay by check or money order, send us
an email or call us so we can put a "Hold" on your selected trunk. Please identify the trunk by Trunk number.
Layaway Plans are available for up to three months. Reserve your trunk and pay for it in multiple installments. Please note, there is a 20% re-stocking fee for trunks on layaway if you decide to cancel your purchase. To inquire about a layaway plan, contact us at email@example.com or (207) 693-1027.
Shipping and handling via UPS to any of the US's contiguous 48 states is included in the price of most trunks, unless otherwise noted. If you want it shipped outside the USA or to Alaska or Hawaii, or have special delivery requirements, call us before you make your purchase (either online or through the mail) for an estimate of additional shipping charges.
Maine residents, please be sure to add 5.5% sales tax.
If you are not satisfied with your selection, please either call or email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will have 14 days to return your purchase for a full refund.
The return freight will be at your expense. Out of the 300 plus trunks sold, we have only had one trunk returned and that was because our customer did not measure where they wanted the trunk to go and it was too large (they did purchase a smaller one).
